How to brew using the Gong Fu Cha method

🍵 Teaware: Use a clay teapot or gaiwan with a volume of 100-150 ml.
🌡️ Water temperature: 80-85°C — ideal for revealing all the nuances of white and green tea.
🍃 Amount of tea: 5-7 grams of tea for the specified volume of teaware.
⏱️ 'Awakening' rinse: Quickly rinse the tea leaves with hot water (5-10 seconds) and immediately discard. This will awaken the tea and cleanse it.
